Please find attached immediate requirement for one of our project at a refinery in Yanbu.
Kindly let us know your competitive prices and lead time meeting the required specs.
Your offer must consider following terms:
All material must be supplied from provided AML(Attached)
1. Material shall be delivered with MTC.
2. Color coding required and must follow as per attached document.
3. Shall follow / comply the attached material requisition document 10476504.
4. Offered Products should be genuine and brand new. In case of an optional offer, the product should be same in FIT, FORM and FUNCTON with concerned approvals.
5. Offer should clearly confirm to our specification indicating Manufacturer’s name and Country of Origin. Material Specification data should be provided, if applicable.
6. Warranty to be specified, 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from usage, whichever is earlier.
7. Delivery Period to be clearly indicated showing the date of material readiness.
8. Delivery Term to be specified as per Incoterms-2000, preferably FCA at your site / FOB / CFR Jeddah Air / Seaport. If your delivery term is FCA/FOB then volume and weight of the material should be provided.
9. Your quotation shall have 30 days validity.
10. Lead time for all material shall not exceed 8 weeks from the date of Purchase order.
